Incomplete remediation. Almetyevsk enterprise will pay a fine of 400 thousand rubles

Environmentalists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration in Almetyevsk region revealed signs of violation of land legislation. According to the project documentation, the company was supposed to reclaim land in the developed area of the subsoil with an area of 51.9 thousand square meters. In particular, to make land seeding up to design marks, planning the territory, laying the fertile soil layer and flattening the pit side slopes. The audit showed that remediation activities were carried out only on a plot of 12 thousand square meters. In relation to a legal entity, a ruling was issued on imposing an administrative penalty under Part 1 of Art. 8.7 of Administrative Code in the form of a fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles.
