336 appeals were reviewed by environmentalists from the beginning of the year

336 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

17 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Also, ecologists reviewed 81 messages received via the “People's Control” system, and 95 notifications via e-mail, the Ministry’s “hot line” and WhatsApp, Telegram communication channels. 143 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
