242 appeals were received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year. Five of them - through the School Eco-Patrol mobile application. Through "People's Control" system, ecologists reviewed 69 calls, 70 notifications via communication channels WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, "Hotline". 98 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
