9,072 appeals from citizens were considered by environmental specialists since the beginning of the year

9,072 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year. 4,521 - most of them, from schoolchildren via the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the “People’s control” system, environmentalists reviewed 1,253 messages, 1,220 notifications were received via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, “Hotline” communication channels. 468 - at personal receptions of citizens, and 1,610 appeals were sent in written form.
