Untimely payment of the administrative fine in the amount of 700 thousand rubles and failure to carry out land recultivation.Ignoring by Leninogorsk enterprise of environmental experts requirements resulted in the double-rate fine. Earlier, the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources revealed an unauthorized dump on the territory of the mentioned organization. In addition, it was recorded that theorganization sewage was discharged to the terrain, and then fall into Bezymyannaya and Barsuchurivers. Administrative protocols were drawn upby the inspector of the South-Eastern Administrationfor all the infringements revealed. The environmental experts issued the remedial action ordertowardsLeninogorsk organization on eliminationof the violation within 30 days. The offenderfailed to reclaim the dump and did not pay the fine, and as the result thereof the offenderwas brought to justice under Art. 8.7 and Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation .
