3 November 2017, Friday

The Nabarazhnye Chelny enterprise Art-stroy was ordered to minimize and purify harmful emissions by the inspector of the Prikamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the instruction of ecologists, the organization carried out a complex of measures to improve the quality of atmospheric air, in particular, assembled the unit with a three-stage purification system. Poor work of these facilities caused the release of polluted substances into the atmosphere. Non-observance of the rules for the protection of atmospheric air was recorded by the inspector of the Prikamsky administration. Also, in the course of the inspection it was found out that the company does not have permission to release harmful substances. According to the facts, environmentalists made against the violator administrative reports on part 1, Art. 8.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air or harmful physical effects on it without special permission), according to part 3. Art. 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of the rules of operation, failure to use facilities, equipment or apparatus for cleaning gases and controlling the emission of harmful substances into the air, which can lead to its contamination, or the use of faulty specified facilities, equipment or apparatus). The enterprise was given an order to eliminate the violation, and the case materials were sent to the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court. The court ruled to suspend the activities of Art-story for 10 days. In order to eliminate the violation, the organization installed a gas cleaning unit with a three-stage purification system. Control over observance of the rules of atmospheric air protection in this organization will be continued by the inspectors of the Prikamsky administration.
