Kazan residents are invited to take part in environmental action in Gorkinsko-Ometyevsk forest

On October 14 Kazan residents are invited to an environmental action to clean up the territory. A mass event within the framework of the “Forest Week” will be held in the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest. Garbage will be collected separately. All the necessary equipment will be available at the site. Also on this day, as part of the environmental event, residents can listen to lectures that will be conducted by environmentalists and activists of the youth ECO movement.
Environmental action in the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsk forest will begin at 11 a.m.

Comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills were held in the Zainsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 11 months, 5,691 messages were received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 5,315 appeals are 93.3% of all received appeals, which have already been resolved.
During a survey of the territory of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, inspectors from the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded violations of environmental legislation.
