Issues of replenishment of mineral and raw materials base of Russia to be discussed at IV International Geological Forum “Geological Exploration 2017”

The IV International Geological Forum “Geological Exploration 2017” will be held on October 25, 2017 in Moscow. The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use, the State Commission on Mineral Reserves, heads of exploration and service enterprises, and top management of extractive companies.
Within the framework of the forum the participants will discuss the following issues:
- Perspectives of public-private partnership in the geological industry of Russia;
- New directions of state policy in the field of development of scientific component of geological prospecting;
- International cooperation in seismic exploration of the Arctic shelf;
- Use of advanced information technologies in geological exploration.
As a result of the event, it is planned to sign a number of important agreements between participating companies related to the implementation of geological exploration projects on the territory of Russia.
