Under All-Russian campaign “Green Russia” residents of Tetyush district cleaned Volga bank

Residents of the village of Prolei-Kasha in the Tetyush district joined the campaign “Green Russia”. They cleaned the Volga bank of plastic bottles, glass jars and other household waste left by holidaymakers.
“The Volga bank is a favourite place for residents of the Tetyushsky district. Every weekend many people come here. To preserve the primordial nature, it is necessary to keep clean and take care of the environment,” the participants od the campaign noted and called on the residents of Tatarstan to maintain order. A total of 15 m3 of waste was collected and transported by common efforts after the cleaning.
The purpose of the event is to improve the ecological situation in the cities and settlements of the Russian Federation, form ecological consciousness, and enhance the ecological culture of people.
