On the eve of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan congratulated the war veteran Vildanov Agzamedin Imamovich, a resident of the village of Elhovo, Almetyevsky district. Agzamedin Imamovich was an artilleryman during the war.
The meeting with veterans of the Great Patriotic War took place in the Priiksky territorial office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the eve of the Great Victory Day, the management team congratulated the veterans who, in turn, shared their stories about life before the war and how their fate developed during the harsh years of the Great Patriotic War. The veterans were presented with St. George's ribbons to remind once again of the price of the victory. It is a symbol of memory, connections of generations, and military glory.
In the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, certificates were handed to public inspectors for environmental protection. Head of the Department Rafis Ahmetzyanov conducted a training course, and public inspectors were provided with materials that include the necessary information for the work. They learned about environmental law, interaction with offenders, and fixing of the violations revealed.
The regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan launched the national contest “Ecology of native land”.
The contest is aimed at attracting the attention of the public and the young generation of RT to solving environmental issues of their native land. Kazan school and preschool children collected more than 5 tons of waste paper for secondary use. The students joined the ecological campaign at the beginning of the academic year. During the summer holidays they collected old newspapers, magazines, boxes, and on September 2 already brought them to the collection point. The number of paper stacks was growing every day.
People of Nizhnekamsk took part in the greening of the city. Participation of the citizens in the campaign “Plant a tree” was supported by experts of the Zakamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the city administration, students of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Nizhnekamsk. On the city streets there were planted seedlings of mountain ash and fir trees, which will work as natural “filters”. “Each person in its life must plant at least one tree,” the protesters noted. – Just one tree can absorb as much carbon dioxide as a car produces for 40,000 kilometers.”
On May 6, 2017 at 11:00 in Osinovsky rural settlement on the coastal territory of Lake Osinovo, 2 Ozernaya str., an ecological action “Clean it all” will be held. The event is held within the framework of the Republican project “Personnel reserve” and is dedicated to the Year of Ecology and public spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Number of activists of the ecological movement “Budetcisto” grew. Active young citizens of Tatarstan came to the new Office of the youth movement with a desire to join the ECO team of the republic. The newcomers offered volunteers their assistance in cleaning the coastal strip of the Kazanka River along Gavrilov Street. Together, by common efforts, they collected garbage left by holidaymakers after picnics.
“History of the reserve in people.” This is the name of the exhibition opened today in the Volga-Kama State Reserve.
