Based on the results of the examination of the environmental statement, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Mari El found the enterprise guilty of cluttering the territory. As early as April 2017, during an air flight, the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan identified a number of violations on the territory of the enterprise. As established by environmentalists, industrial waste on the area of ​​850 sq.m was stored without a special shelter and cover, as well as storm water drainage network.
