It was established that an emergency discharge occurred as a result of the destruction of the septic tank.

In respect of a legal entity, an administrative protocol was drawn up in accordance with Part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

On the complaint of a local resident, an unauthorized dump was revealed by employees of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources near Veneta settlement of Arskiy district.
