Today, the Forum of adherents of the Tatar Regional Division of the party “United Russia” and public organizations “WE ARE TOGETHER!” was held at the National Cultural Center “Kazan”. The Chairperson of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Secretary of the Tatar Regional Division of the party “United Russia”, Farid Mukhametshin, opened the event. According to Farid Mukhametshin, the main task of the event was to formulate the most burning issues for the citizens and to develop mechanisms of their solution.

The meeting devoted to the results of the activity of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014 was held in Naberezhnye Chelny with participation of the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ramil Nizamov. In 2013, intheframeworkofthestateecologicalsurveillance, allinall, 1,828 inspections were carried out at 610 companies and at 816 regional facilities with regard to fulfillment of nature protection requirements. 1,328 violationswererevealed, eliminationofwhichisbroughtunderstrictcontrol; 1,191 protocols on violation of nature protection legislation were drawn up with regard to the facts of revealed violations.

The meeting of the South-Eastern Territorial Department on the results of activity in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014 was held in Almetyevsk. The Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environmental Protection, Ramil Nizamov, and First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Almetyevsk Municipal District, Nikolay Bogdanchikov, took part in the meeting.

The meeting of the Trans-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry “On the results of activity in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014” was held in Nizhnekamsk with participation of the Deputy Minister, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environmental Protection, Ramil Nizamov.
In the context of fulfillment of functions regarding state ecological control exercised by the Trans-Kama Territorial Department in 2013, all in all, 320 inspections were carried out. In the course of the carried out measures, 324 violations were detected, and 271 violations were eliminated.

Inthecontextoffulfillmentoffunctionsregarding state ecological control exercised by the Trans-Volga Territorial Department in 2013, all in all, 216 inspections were carried out. In the course of the carried out measures, 371 violations were detected, and 313 violations were eliminated.

The meeting of the Volga-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the results of activity in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014” was held with participation of the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environmental Protection, Ramil Nizamov.
In the context of fulfillment of functions regarding state ecological control exercised by the Volga-Kama Territorial Department in 2013, all in all, 439 inspections were carried out. In the course of the carried out measures, 561 violations were detected, and 581 violations were eliminated, amounting to 103.6% (88.5% in 2012).

Today, fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the XXXII Open All-Russian mass ski race “Russian ski track”. This year it is devoted to the XXII Winter Olympics that are held these days in Sochi. Participants of the race in Kazan ran 2,014 meters. The main competitions were held in front of the recreation camp “Solnechny” at Zalesny village. Moreover, “Russian ski track-2014” was held at the park belt on Dubravnaya street in Volga district and at the Birchwood in Derbyshki village of Sovetsky district.

TheregionalstageoftheAll-RussianEcologicalOlympiad for pupils is held at Petrovsky village at the hotel complex “Regina”. Thisyear subject to new rules, participants of the regional stage have submitted their ecological projects to the steering committee in advance.

The meeting “On the results of activity for 2013 and goal setting for 2014” with participation of the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environment Protection, Ramil Nizamov, was held at the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In the framework of fulfillment of functions regarding state ecological surveillance, in 2013, the Northern Territorial Department carried out 349 inspections, in the course of which 321 violations were revealed and eliminated.

The ХIV City Ecological Forum of Pupils “Zilant” started its work in Kazan. The event has been held since 2001 and it is aimed at introduction of a system approach to environment-oriented education and upbringing of pupils, as well as at formation of the unified information space in ecological education. The Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan Board of Education, Kazan Federal University and Kazan City Children’s Ecological and Biological Center were the organizers of “Zilant” this year.
