Collecting waste paper is an opportunity to protect the environment, preserve trees. Within the framework of “Eco-Spring - 2019”, an environmental campaign “Hand over waste paper - plant a tree!” was held in “Secondary School No. 2” of Leninogorsk town.
An environmental lesson was held in Municipal Budgetary Pre-school Educational Institution “Teremok”. Employees of Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration in a playful way told the kids about the need to respect the resources of our planet.
During his working visit to Moscow, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kobylkin. The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov also took part in the meeting. They discussed the implementation of measures for conservation, restoration and reintroduction of rare species of animals in the framework of the federal project “Conservation of biological diversity and development of ecological tourism” of the national priority project “Ecology”, including the construction of a snow leopard breeding center in the republic.
Today, the Ministry held a meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on Compliance with the Requirements for Official Conduct of State Civil Servants and Settlement of Conflicts of Interest. The meeting was chaired by Rustem Kamalov, First Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Chief Adviser of the Organizational Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on anti-corruption policy took part in the event.
Last weekend the republic was swept by a wave of Saturday work. Everybody came to clean up the territory, from small to large. They cleaned the territory of enterprises, forest and park area. It is gratifying that not a single district of the republic remains on the sidelines of participation in Eco-Spring. The sanitary-ecological bimonthly period will last in Tatarstan until the end of May.
Today the Republican environmental campaign “Clean Forests of Tatarstan” started in Tatarstan, according to the official website of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year it will be held in 2 stages: from April 22 to June 22 and from September 16 to November 16.
As part of the spring stage of the campaign, it is planned to clean up the territory of the forest fund of the republic from municipal solid waste, deadwood and fallen trees, as well as repair and arrange nameplate boards, information boards and resting places in forests.
On International Earth Day, an environmental campaign was held at the Zdravushka city rehabilitation center. Veteran of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elena Gilmizyanova, noted that the environmental date is intended to remind of the need to take care of the environment and the state of environment.
Last weekend volleyball competitions were held in the sports complex “Tezuche” within the framework of the Sports Festival of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The team of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won twice in sports matches with the teams of the Office of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From first place in the group, environmentalists reached the quarter finals of the competition.
Since the beginning of the year, 1,646 messages have been received by the public reception office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Where 621 appeals were received through the School Eco-Patrol mobile application, 225 - via the People’s Control system, 335 messages - via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, Hotline. 465 appeals were received at personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry.
Today, the Central Saturday voluntary cleanup day in Kazan was held fruitfully and funny. Its participants - representatives of public organizations, employees of ministries and departments, students of specialized universities - not only put cleanliness on the territory of the Gorkinsko-Ometyevskiy forest, but also charged with positive emotions, mastered many new eco-friendly skills, created their own green alley. Takhir Khadeyev, Chairman of the State Council Committee on Ecology, Environmental Management, Agro-Industrial and Food Policy, and Nurislam Khabipov, Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phyto-sanitary Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilnur Nafikov, Acting Kazan Inter-district Environmental Prosecutor, Sergey Yushko, Rector of KNITU-KKhTI also took part in the community work day.
