Since the beginning of the year, 7,653 appeals have been received by the Republican public reception office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Most of them – 4,424 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the People’s Control system, environmentalists examined 827 messages, 1041 notifications were received via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, and Hotline. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry 1,361 appeals were received.

Public discussions on project documentation “Reclamation of an unauthorized landfill, located in the area of Prosti village of Nizhnekamskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan” took place in Prosti village of Nizhnekamskiy district. Financing for the project implementation is expected under the federal project “Clean Country” in the framework of the national project “Ecology”.

Children of different ages learned a lot of interesting facts about nature and ways to preserve it. Employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental lesson in the children's recreation camp “Chaika” of Drozhzhanovskiy district. Participants were trained in the proper management of waste, they learned about the duration of decomposition of various materials, about what can be made from recycled materials.

Automatic stations for monitoring atmospheric pollution in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk did not record excesses of maximum permissible concentrations. Stationary posts operate continuously, data for analysis are transmitted to the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It should be noted that indicators on the state of atmospheric air on the website of the Office of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan are presented without taking into account inaccuracy.

Failure to comply with the terms of the license agreement. This violation was recorded by employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a raid on the water area of ​​the Nizhnekamsk reservoir. As it turned out, a dredger K-3412 carried out the extraction of sand and gravel on the Kama river outside the boundaries of the agreed area. In relation to the subsoil user, a protocol on an administrative offense is drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 7.3 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

On August 17, Naberezhnye Chelny will host the annual republican campaign of the Russian Geographical Society, dedicated to cleaning the bottom territories of urban water bodies and coastal zones. Two sites of illegal waste disposal were identified by specialists of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on Menzelinsky Trakt Street and Industrial Passage in Naberezhnye Chelny. “The activities here are conducted without an appropriate license. Landfill area – 2,500 square meters and 4,725 square meters respectively. Vehicles transporting waste to illegal landfills will face administrative punishment under part 1 of article 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

During the regular raid, employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of illegal sand mining in Leninogorskiy district. During the audit it turned out that the extraction of common minerals (sand) was carried out using special equipment: two excavators and KAMAZ trucks. Environmentalists drew up a protocol on administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in relation to the legal entity for implementation of illegal earthworks.

The Reception of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from a resident of Tetyushskiy district about the dump. During the inspection, the fact of violation was confirmed. Violation of environmental legislation was promptly eliminated by the Executive Committee of the Monastyrskiy rural settlement of Tetyushskiy municipal district.
