Since the beginning of the year, 9,393 requests have been received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Most of them – 5,663 - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application. According to the People’s Control system, ecologists have examined 972 messages, 1,235 notifications have been received via WhatsApp, Telegram, Eco.signal, and Hotline. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry, 1,523 appeals have been received.

About 60 volunteers became participants in the environmental campaign on the Komsomolskiy Lake in Derbyshki - these are schoolchildren, local residents and members of the Russian Geographical Society.

An eco-activist, blogger Kira Kamalova, also joined the campaign. She, along with other participants, collected garbage, and also told the audience about myths about environmental habits, and what they can be replaced with. The blogger noted that the residents of Derbyshki are interested in collecting garbage separately and are ready to sort it.

Experts of the Green Mobility initiative “Eco-mobility: creating an accessible and safe environment” invite residents of Tatarstan to join the All-Russian Urban Transport Research Project. The survey is addressed to urban residents in order to identify the main problems associated with the operation of urban transport and landscaping.

In the framework of the volunteer campaign “Autumn Week of Goodness - Relay of Good Deeds”, an ecological lesson was held in Chistopol kindergarten No. 1. Specialists of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan introduced the rules of behavior in the forest and the role of nature in human life.

For active participation in the conversation, preschool children were awarded notebooks and coloring games on the theme of ecology.

During a raid on the water area of ​​the Kuibyshev reservoir, inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a violation. During the documentary audit, it turned out that the extraction of sand and gravel rocks on the water was carried out illegally, namely, in the absence of contractual relations between the contractor and the license holder. An administrative protocol has been drawn up for a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator will have to pay a fine of 800 thousand rubles.

The discharge of contaminated wastewater into the Maly stream was prevented by inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Public Council under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was headed by Anatoly Petrovich Shlychkov, senior researcher at the Laboratory of Applied Ecology at the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan. His candidacy was unanimously supported by all members of the Council.

315 residents living in the immediate vicinity of the Oshma river will be removed from the flood zone. It is supposed to carry out work on clearing the river and deepening the bottom. “The events are designed for several years. The total length of the site will be more than 6 km. This year we plan to finance about 3.5 million rubles. As part of this amount, the channel will be prepared for subsequent clearance. The work has already begun”, said Egor Tarnavsky, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Damage to the hydraulic complex, bearing the danger of local residents, as well as the estimated damage of more than 84 million rubles, it was decided to repair. The reconstruction project is designed for 2019-2020 and is being implemented within the framework of the federal target program “Development of the Russian water management complex in 2012-2020”, the facility was financed and the state contract was secured by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

State supervision of compliance with the established standards for emissions in the exhaust gases of vehicles is carried out by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan. “Clean Air” operation was launched on the roads of Tatarstan on June 15.
