The lack of connection of the Portovy-4 dredger to the GLONASS satellite navigation system was revealed by inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a joint inspection with the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Rybno-Slobodskiy district. The company faces an administrative fine of 300 to 500 thousand rubles.

Violations in handling of production and consumption waste were identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of two metal depots in Almetyevsk. Company officials are brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and in accordance with Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. They will be obligated to eliminate the causes and conditions that entailed a violation of environmental laws within a month.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts applications for participation in the Republican contest “ECO Leader”. The most environmentally friendly enterprises and educational institutions are invited to participate - whose task is to teach nature conservation, social activists, who are not indifferent to environmental problems, and, of course, journalists who during the year became real assistant inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2020, new treatment facilities will be commissioned in Alekseyevskoe village. If the old sewage treatment plant took 600 cubic meters per day, the productivity of new ones will double.

A lesson for schoolchildren was conducted by specialists from the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. “The vast majority of the water on Earth is in the oceans and seas. But, as you know, seawater is unsuitable for drinking, cannot be used in agriculture, you can’t use it in industry”, the ecologists explained. “Only fresh water is truly valuable for human life, and with us it is only 3% of the total volume of all water on the planet”.

Today in Kazan, the results of the 10th Competition of Social and Cultural Projects of PAO Lukoil in the Republic of Tatarstan have been summed up. The winners in the Ecology nomination were awarded by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov. He thanked the organizers of the contest, noting that Lukoil is doing a lot, always has great plans and is among the successful companies in Russia. “At the same time, it invests a lot in ecology, and today it is a great honor for me to reward the winners and say them many thanks. These are those people who are not indifferent to the fate of ecology and nature management. They certainly do a lot”, he said.
