After the residents' appeal about the unauthorized dumping of car tires, inspectors of the Kama department carried out a trip to Naberezhnye Chelny on Nikita Kaymanov Street. During the inspection of the territory, the fact of violation was confirmed, the dump was found in the water protection zone of the Shilna River.

The road, lined with bricks and other debris left over from thedemolition and dismantling of buildings, was identified by environmentalists in the village of Bilyarsk in the Alekseevsky district.
