Warehousing of construction waste with medical records of patients was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period in the Nizhnyaya Maktama village of Almetyevskiy district. Almetyevsk city court imposed a fine of 100 thousand rubles. By the end of the year, the landfill should be reclaimed.

The consequences of dumping of chemical waste near the Tuktar village of Almetyevskiy district were assessed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the discharge of chemical wastes of the third hazard class and unauthorized use of a water body, the enterprise has already been held administratively liable in accordance with part 3 of article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, article.7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The materials were sent for consideration to the Almetyevsk city court.

Large dump near the former landfill. In the Cheremshansky district, an unauthorized landfill was once again revealed. The violation was recorded by employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to employees of the Executive Committee of Cheremshanskiy rural settlement, this site is under their control, the territory is regularly cleaned of garbage and leveled, but the landfill reappears.

The Bugulma organization will pay a fine of 100 thousand rubles for the placement of production and consumption waste on the ground.

Production travel, Naberezhnye Chelny city. Citizens have informed the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan that  developing of subsoil was being carried out behind the building 39A. In relation to the person who carried out unlicensed production, an administrative protocol was drawn up according to part 1 of article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Employees of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the district authorized representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rybno-Slobodskiy district, made a trip to the Kama River. During the raid, unlicensed mining of common minerals was revealed. An administrative protocol has been drawn up for a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The violator will have to pay a fine of 800 thousand rubles.

The territory of Labyshka village of the Kamsko-Ustyinskiy district was examined for compliance with environmental legislation. It is established that a metal fence was erected in 3.2 m from the coastline on the area of ​​1,687 square meters, a foundation was found at a distance of 14 and 25 meters from the water edge. To take appropriate measures, the survey materials were transferred to the Office of Rosprirodnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Wastes on the banks of the Narimanka river were identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the course of studying the morphological composition of garbage, the presence of hazard class 1 waste - fluorescent lamps was established. The material was submitted for consideration to the Administrative Commission of the Almetyevskiy municipal district.

A message about the formed landfill in the “Sputnik” garden partnership in Elabuzhskiy district was received at the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The chairman of the garden partnership faces a fine of 40 thousand rubles.

The fact of dumping of waste onto the soil was discovered by ecologists during the flight around the Almetyevskiy district. On the territory of the production base, inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a dump of roofing material and tires on the area of ​​102 square meters. In addition, the fact of using groundwater in violation of licensing conditions, namely, the lack of metering devices, was revealed.
