Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens about violation of environmental laws on the Proizvodstvennyi passage in Naberezhnye Chelny. Upon arrival at the place, the inspectors recorded the fact of unauthorized removal and movement of the fertile soil layer using an excavator on the area of 5 square meters. During the audit, it turned out that excavation is carried out without permits.
Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with specialists from the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control conducted a survey of the water protection zone of the Kazanka river in the territory of the oldest city natural monument “Russian-German Switzerland”. To conduct a quantitative chemical analysis, CSIAC specialists took samples of natural water and bottom sediments. During the inspection of the territory, the inspectors revealed unauthorized disposal of household garbage, as well as construction waste.
Production and consumption wastes in the form of wood waste, rubber products, branches, slates were revealed by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of the Krynda village in Agryzskiy district. The total area of the contaminated site was 300 square meter, volume - 100 cubic meters.
Using a video camera, inspectors from the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the fact of illegal waste storage. According to environmentalists, despite the fact that there is a container site nearby, residents of Tetyushi continue to dump garbage in the wrong place, which is a violation of the requirements of Art. 51 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection”.
Production and consumption wastes were revealed by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in a ravine – in 300 meters from the Bolshoi Klyari-Krasnovidovo highway. During the audit, it turned out that this site belongs to the Yangasal rural settlement. The total area of cluttering the territory amounted to 350 square meters, volume - 50 cubic meters. Currently, the territory is in good sanitary and environmental condition.
The violator acquired a land plot and, with the aim of increasing the territory’s area, voluntarily covered the canal that connects the Sumka River and Ilyinskoye Lake with sand. As a result of this, the dumping of eroded soils within the boundaries of the coastal protective strip of the water body occurred. Earlier, the citizen had already been brought to administrative responsibility under the article by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Unauthorized waste disposal in the Kulayevsky rural settlement of the Pestrechinskiy district was discovered during a helicopter flight. The landfill area was more than 700 square meters. In the process of cleaning the territory, a total of 190 cubic meters of waste were exported. Currently, the Executive Committee of the Pestrechinskiy municipal district has brought the territory into proper sanitary and environmental condition.
As part of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period, employees of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration inspected the territory of the Kaibitskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the survey in the Kulang railway station settlement the fact of unauthorized waste disposal was established. A letter was sent to the Head of the Executive Committee of the Kaibitskiy municipal district on taking measures to eliminate the landfill. Currently, the territory is in a proper sanitary-ecological state.
Within the framework of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period, the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection Fayaz Shakirov inspected the territory of the oldest city natural monument “Russian-German Switzerland”. During the inspection, dumps of unauthorized construction waste were found, as well as garbage scattered after the rest of the townspeople. A request was sent to the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan to identify the contractors that stored the waste for further administrative measures.
Warehousing resulting from the dismantling of residential buildings in the Kuibyshevsky Zaton settlement of the Kamsko-Ustyinskiy district was identified as part of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period. In order to eliminate the unauthorized landfill, environmentalists sent an order to take measures to the Executive Committee of the settlement. Now the territory is brought in proper sanitary and environmental condition.
