The company illegally carried out work on the extraction of sand at the Chkanovskoye field in the Aznakayevskiy district. The fact of environmental violation was recorded by inspectors of the Priikskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the inspection, it was found that this land plot belongs to the category of agricultural land.

The fact of illegal mining of construction sand was recorded by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the banks of the Sviyaga River, near the Pochinok-Enaevo village. The total area of ​​the illegal quarry was 20 square meters, the depth of subsoil extraction is 0.8 m. In addition, at the time of the arrival of the ecologists, the vehicle that was carrying out the extraction was 10 meters from the coastline, which is a violation of environmental legislation.

The spill of sewage on the ground and into the stream was recorded by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of one of the enterprises in Agryz. During the inspection, it was established that a pipe was taken out of the sewer well, through which the contaminated water first fell on the ground and then flowed into an unnamed stream. The area of ​​the contaminated site was 16 square meters.

To date, the reasons and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense have been eliminated in full.

Construction waste in the form of brick breakage was revealed by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during a helicopter flight. During the inspection, it was established that this land plot is owned by a legal entity. To make a decision, the materials of the administrative case were sent to the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A citizen installed a fence in the water protection zone of the Shilna river, thereby limited the free access of citizens to the reservoir. This violation was revealed, by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Bolshaya Shilna village of Tukayevskiy district on the appeal of citizens. An administrative offense act was drawn up against the violator and a fine was imposed.

Discharge of production and consumption waste on the soil, namely glass wool and nonwoven materials (fibers and threads) in the Mamadysh town was revealed by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the RT. Waste generated on the territory of the enterprise, in the process of their activity, littered the site on the area of ​​52 square meters, with a volume of 47 cubic meters.

Deviations from the approved volume according to the mining development plan were revealed by the specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the 5-GR report provided by the enterprise. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to the site to inspect the territory of the Kulbayevo-Marasinskiy field, where the company extracts widespread minerals. The audit revealed a decrease in the volume of mined sand (sandy-argillaceous rock) from the approved volume by 85%.

Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration received an appeal from citizens about a landfill near the Malye Saltyki village. During verification, the fact of illegal storage was confirmed. The total area of the contaminated site was 1200 square meters. These facts are a violation of environmental law Art. 51 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” No. 7-FZ.

Unauthorized waste disposal in the form of garbage from construction and repair work, as well as wood, was detected by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on Khadi Taktasha street, Kazan. The total cluttering area of ​​the territory was 127 square meters, volume - 38 cubic meters.

In relation to the legal entity, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a resolution - a fine in the amount of 400 thousand rubles. According to environmentalists, the organization has not fulfilled the obligation to rehabilitate land under a previously issued license for the right to use subsoil in the Dubyazskoye brick clay deposit in the Vysokogorskiy district. For violation of environmental law requirements in relation to the guilty person, a protocol was drawn up according to Part 1 of Art. 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
