Non-profit organizations registered in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, public councils under the republican executive authorities, as well as those established in the relevant municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan can apply for the award.

8 socially oriented non-profit organizations of the republic will receive funding for the implementation of projects in the field of ensuring environmental safety in 2021. The amount of subsidies allocated for these purposes from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 2 million rubles.
