Students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan winning the competition of scientific and practical works in ecology will receive from 5 to 20 thousand rubles. The festival is held from February 24 to March 12, works are accepted till March 6, 2020. Children and youth of public environmental movements are invited to take part in the city contest of social and environmental advertising “Green World 2020”. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan (Volga) Federal University announces the start of competitions among students of higher educational institutions of the republic and scientists who have contributed to solving urgent environmental problems of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Finalist teams will be able to present their projects at the Russian Investment Forum, and in the future they will get direct access to the world's largest technology consumers. Results of the contest will be announced at the Russian Investment Forum, which will be held on February 12-14, 2020 in Sochi.

According to the results of the year, municipalities, enterprises, public organizations, journalists, citizens - winners of the republican contest were determined. The winner of the Absolute Winner Cup according to the results of the ECO Leader-2019 competition was Tatneft PAO named after V.D. Shashina.

     Today, a round table meeting of young specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Head of the environmental department Aleksandr Shadrikov was held. The event was held as part of the contest “Best Mentor of the Year”. Based on the results of the competition, the best mentors of 2019 will be encouraged by diplomas of the Ministry.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation are inviting to participate in the competition “TOP 10 innovative companies in the field of ecology”, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources reports. Applications for participation in the competition “TOP-10 innovative companies in the field of ecology” are accepted until December 30, 2019. The results will be summed up in February 2020 at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, where the finalists will present their decisions at a pitch session as part of the Innovation Territory project.

ANO Information Resource Center “Our Heritage” and ANO “Wildcamp National Park Development Center (Wild Camp)” announce the beginning of accepting applications for participation in the contest “Planet is our property”. The competition is held with the aim of creating an ecological culture among young citizens, respect for environment, and increasing knowledge about specially protected natural territories and environmental instruments.

 The photo contest is organized to demonstrate the results of implementation of projects of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of national projects implemented in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 of May 07, 2018 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024”.
