In total, 7 participants compete on the site of the college, 4 of them are from Kazan. Experts of the regional championship evaluate the work of the participants according to three criteria: knowledge of safety precautions, the ability to work with instruments and the ability to correctly formulate the measurement results.

The event took place at the Kazan Petrochemical College named after Lushnikov, where the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Shigapov participated. Opening the competition, the speaker said that the Ministry supports the competition and is ready to further provide comprehensive support and assistance in terms of training young environmental professionals.
