The littered area was 375 square meters.

For violation of environmental law requirements in relation to the guilty person, a protocol was drawn up according to Part 1 of Art. 8.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
The violator acquired a land plot and, with the aim of increasing the territory’s area, voluntarily covered the canal that connects the Sumka River and Ilyinskoye Lake with sand. As a result of this, the dumping of eroded soils within the boundaries of the coastal protective strip of the water body occurred. Earlier, the citizen had already been brought to administrative responsibility under the article by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Unauthorized waste disposal in the Kulayevsky rural settlement of the Pestrechinskiy district was discovered during a helicopter flight. The landfill area was more than 700 square meters. In the process of cleaning the territory, a total of 190 cubic meters of waste were exported. Currently, the Executive Committee of the Pestrechinskiy municipal district has brought the territory into proper sanitary and environmental condition.
The Reception Office of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message through the People’s Control system reporting on the dump in Boriskovo settlement of Privolzhskiy district. The area of 743 square meters was littered with construction and repair waste. A letter about the unauthorized placement of garbage was sent to the Executive Committee of the municipality of the city of Kazan, after which the territory was timely brought into proper sanitary and environmental condition.
A dump was formed in the Kirovskiy district along the Avtoservisnaya street. During the inspection of the indicated site, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded construction waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings. The area of soil pollution amounted to 2,000 square meters. Currently, the owner of the land is being established, environmentalists sent a request to the Office of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan.
