The landfill of production and consumption waste was identified by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry within the framework of a two-month sanitary and environmental survey in the territory of the village of Sokury in the Laishevsky district. The area of unauthorized waste disposal was 3.200 sq. m., the volume was 147 cubic meters.
"Nature is a priceless gift" – inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan held an eco-lesson on this topic at the Pushkin Lyceum No. 9. Environmentalists told the children about the importance of caring for nature, ways to reduce the consumption of plastic in everyday life, garbage collection and recycling.
Three unauthorized dumps were identified by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry between the village of Stolbishchi and the village of Malye Kabany in the Laishevsky district. The survey of land plots was carried out within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period. The total area of all landfills was 254 sq. m. The volume was 42 cubic meters.
Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held eco-lessons dedicated to the theme "Water – the basis of life" at school No. 3 and gymnasium No. 1 of Laishevsky district. The goal is to convey to the students an understanding of the protection and respect for water as a vital resource.
The event was attended by employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the first part of the lesson, the children of the younger group prepared a production called "Brook", which told about the cycle of water in nature. The second part of the eco-lesson was devoted to the topic of separate garbage collection. Ecologists told the children about the importance of dual sorting for the preservation of the environment.
The dump of household waste was formed in the Soviet district on Privolnaya Street. Such appeal was received from concerned citizens of the residential area of Konstantinovka to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration, promptly went to the site, examined the specified area and recorded the fact of environmental violations. Unsorted waste from homes littered the plot with an area of 260 sq. m., the volume was 130 cubic meters.
Since the beginning of the year, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have recorded 526 violations of environmental legislation during an environmental raid. Among them are large garbage dumps on the territory of the Sovietsky, Kirovsky and Moscowsky districts of Kazan, which to this day have not been eliminated. So, since 2019, the violation of SMW disposal in the territory of the Tsaritsynsky forest with an area of 220 square meters, in the amount of 44 cubic meters, has not been eliminated.
At the request of citizens, inspectors of the Central Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan made an inspection trip to the residential area of Konstantinovka in the Sovetsky district. During the environmental monitoring, waste storage, where approximately more than 10 KAMAZ trucks of garbage were brought in, was identified. In relation to the owners of the land plot, administrative protocols under Part 1 of art.8.2 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection in the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of industrial and consumer waste" have been drawn up.
The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry received citizens appeal about the unauthorized placement of construction and repair waste on 3d Stancyonnaya st., in Kazan. The inspectors together with the employees of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to the address indicated in the request. During the environmental survey of the territory, the violation of environmental legislation was confirmed.
The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry received an appeal from citizens about the discharge of liquid on the Kazanka River. CTA Inspectors together with the staff of the Central specialized inspection of analytical control under the Ministry of ecology and natural resources Republic of Tatarstan and specialists of EMERCOM of RT immediately set out to the water area of the river Volga in the area of the Marquis island of Kazan. Samples of natural water were collected at the suspected site of contamination. "The water had a smell, there were oil stains on the surface of the water after drilling," - said the specialists of the CSIAC of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
