The results of the work of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020 were summed up in Almetyevsk. The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology – Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection, Fayaz Shakirov. The head of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration, Albert Malikov, made a report on the work carried out.

The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology – Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of environmental protection Fayaz Shakirov. The head of the department, Nail Garipov, reported on the work carried out in 2020.

The lack of places for temporary placement and storage of waste was discovered by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of the construction site in Almetyevsk. In relation to the subcontractor organization, which is responsible for waste management under the contract, administrative protocols under Part 1 and Part 10 of art.8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation have been drawn up.

The vehicle that was dumping construction waste was recorded by environmentalists in the water protection zone of the river in Almetyevsk. According to the estimates of the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the storage area amounted to 330 sq. m. In relation to the owner of the vehicle, administrative protocols under Part 1 of art.8.2 and Part 1 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation were drawn up.

The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message about the snow dump formation in front of the house 28 on Minskaya Street in Kazan. When visiting the site, violation was confirmed. According to the Office of the Federal Registration Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the land plot is owned by Capital-Trust-Invest Managing Company, LLC. Administrative response measures will be taken against the company as well. 

The South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won the trial against Fortuna, LLC. Legal proceedings with the offender were going on since 2020. Disagreeing with the decision, the legal entity appealed first to the Almetyevsk City Court, and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The complaint was dismissed by the courts of two instances.

An administrative fine of 30 thousand rubles was imposed by the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan against a Moscow company operating in Avtograd. For violation of the six-month period from the date of commissioning of the facility, the company was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 8. 46 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

2.6 thousand m3 of common minerals (sand) were illegally extracted on the territory of the wild sand pit in the Almetyevsk district. The fact of theft was recorded by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the help of a camera trap in October last year. As the inspectors explained, the actions of the perpetrators constitute a crime under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Excess standards for nitrites, ammonium and phosphates were detected repeatedly by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the wastewater of LLC "Vodokanal" in Leninogorsk. The results of the analysis of samples in the period from 2018 to 2019 became the basis for bringing the factory to administrative responsibility under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
