The total area of ​​the contaminated site was 110 square meters, volume - 120 cubic meters. After sending a letter to the Executive Committee of the Buinsk town, unauthorized waste disposal was eliminated.

Inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the Tatar Environmental Protection Inter-district Prosecutor's Office, went on a raid in the Kaibitskiy district. During the inspection, they found out an organization that for its own needs produced underground water from a well drilled in the economic zone of landfill in B. Kaibitsy village.

In respect of the official, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under part 1 of article 7.3of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Disagreeing with the decision, the offender filed a complaint with the Kaibitskiy district court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court decided to leave the decision of ecologists unchanged.
