The fact of illegal mining of construction sand was recorded by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the banks of the Sviyaga River, near the Pochinok-Enaevo village. The total area of the illegal quarry was 20 square meters, the depth of subsoil extraction is 0.8 m. In addition, at the time of the arrival of the ecologists, the vehicle that was carrying out the extraction was 10 meters from the coastline, which is a violation of environmental legislation.
Deviations from the approved volume according to the mining development plan were revealed by the specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the 5-GR report provided by the enterprise. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to the site to inspect the territory of the Kulbayevo-Marasinskiy field, where the company extracts widespread minerals. The audit revealed a decrease in the volume of mined sand (sandy-argillaceous rock) from the approved volume by 85%.

The dumping of wood waste from the demolition and dismantling of buildings on the soil was revealed by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. This violation was discovered on the territory of the dairy farm of the Azbaba village in the Apastovskiy district. Currently, the territory of the Azbaba village has been brought into proper sanitary and environmental condition.
