In relation to an individual, a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up according to part 1 and 3 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Organization carried out reclamation without preliminary removing the bulk of the garbage on the area of 48 square meters. The violator faces a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
