Inspectors from the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology conducted a large-scale eco-lesson!

5 June 2025, Thursday

80 students of Lyceum No. 2 in Almetyevsk met with environmentalists in the walls of the department. During the eco-lesson, the students learned that every year people produce more and more waste, while they need to be able to handle it properly so as not to harm nature. Environmentalists talked about the options for separate collection and recycling, thanks to which new things are obtained from waste. Now students will be able to apply this knowledge in practice and will be more aware of nature.

The eco-lesson also focused on the conservation of biodiversity. The children got acquainted with rare and endangered plants and animals that are listed in the Red Book and are specially protected in our republic.

"Some actions of people lead to pollution of the nature of their native land, deforestation, and environmental degradation. Plant and animal species are on the verge of extinction. It is difficult for them to survive without the help of environmentalists and all concerned people," the department inspector urged the children not to forget about caring for nature, supporting the goals of the national project "Environmental Well-being".
