6131 appeals have been considered by environmentalists since the beginning of the year

2,663 of them were received through the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 989 notifications were received in the People's Control system, 150 appeals were registered on the POS feedback platform and 2,329 – through the Ministry's Internet reception. 

The most popular category is still the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - this is 3,881 messages. 

Residents complained 842 times about the quality of the atmospheric air and 719 times about the quality of the water.
