4,497 citizens' appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.
Environmentalists reviewed 2013 messages in the School Eco-patrol mobile application and 723 notifications received through the People's Control system. 109 requests were registered on the feedback platform "POS" and 1652 – through the Internet reception of the Ministry.
The most popular issue among the population continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills. This issue accounts for more than 65% of all appeals from citizens. Also, 563 appeals were related to the quality of atmospheric air and 468 appeals were related to the quality of water.
