Since the beginning of the year, the AAPCS of the Ministry of Ecology has performed more than 97 thousand measurements in Kazan
From January 19 to 26, exceedances of the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants were recorded at one of the five automatic air pollution control stations in Kazan. So, at AAPCS-2, located at Pavlyukhina str., 75, 2 carbon oxide exceedances were recorded with a maximum multiplicity of 1.54 MPC. A possible reason for the excess may be the operation of motor vehicle engines.
At the other stations of the Ministry, no exceedances of the maximum permissible concentration of pollutants were recorded over the past week.
Sampling trips with the usage of a hand-held sampling pump for analysis on a wider list of substances were also organized. According to the results of the analyses, no excess was recorded. The results of the analyses from the sampling on January 16 and 18 are still in the works.
