Environmentalists have identified the discharge of wastewater on the lake Sredny Kaban
The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal about the discharge of wastewater into the lake Sredny Kaban in Kazan. Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry promptly went to the place.
During the survey of the lake, ecologists found a pipe from which sewage was discharged into the lake. Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology carried out sampling of wastewater and natural water. Now the samples are in the works. Also, a request for information about the balance holder of this pipe was sent to the Committee of External Improvement of the Executive Committee of the city.
After the results of the analysis become known, and the balance holder of the pipe is installed, a decision will be made on further administrative response measures.
