Inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a raid in Nizhnekamsk to identify the facts of unauthorized discharge of contaminated wastewater. According to the results of inspections fines totaling 44,000 rubles were imposed under art. 8.1 of Administrative Code.

The contracting organization that carried out the overhaul of commercial premises along Telmana street in Almetyevsk in 2018 failed to explain where 69 tons of waste generated during construction work are located. The Almetyevsk city court upheld the position of environmentalists regarding the company's guilt in non-compliance with requirements for the treatment of production and consumption waste. The company was found guilty of administrative offenses under part 9, part 10, article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and article.8.41 of the Administrative Code.

Two unauthorized landfills were discovered by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Apastovskiy district. The total area of these landfills has reached 300 square meters. An administrative offense report has been drawn up against the official.

During a routine check in November last year, inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan performed soil sampling at the plant and revealed a double excess in chemical content. The area of the contaminated site was 185 square meters.
