229 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.

Today, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Nurlatsky municipal district, where he took part in gatherings of citizens in two localities - Novoiglaikinskoye rural settlement and the Nizhny Nurlat microdistrict.

Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan visited No. 133 kindergarten of the combined type in the Kirovsky district of Kazan today. Ecologists were informed how the work on environmental education was set up in the preschool and open lesson was given.

The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message about the snow dump formation in front of the house 28 on Minskaya Street in Kazan. When visiting the site, violation was confirmed. According to the Office of the Federal Registration Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the land plot is owned by Capital-Trust-Invest Managing Company, LLC. Administrative response measures will be taken against the company as well. 

The South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan won the trial against Fortuna, LLC. Legal proceedings with the offender were going on since 2020. Disagreeing with the decision, the legal entity appealed first to the Almetyevsk City Court, and then to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The complaint was dismissed by the courts of two instances.

Within the framework of the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, state awards ceremony was held.  The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nigmatullin, presented the awards to those who excelled in their fields.

The corresponding agreement was signed today at the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin and the CEO of Bolshaya Troyka, LLC, Artem Sedov. The parties intend to implement a pilot project in Tatarstan to launch "Construction and repair waste management" electronic service. This will allow to unite market participants and to reduce the negative impact on the environment by means of recycling such waste.

Alexander Shadrikov outlined the key areas of activity for the current year in the framework of the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In part of the upcoming work on the protection of water bodies the Minister noted the reconstruction of treatment facilities of MUP Vodokanal, reclamation of silt fields in Kazan and the lift of inactive pipes of Ozernoye oil deposits in the Nizhnekamsk reservoir. Large-scale projects are included in the "Ecology" national project and will be implemented within "Improvement of the Volga" program .

Air state model analysis developed by Innostage IT-company, was presented today at the final Collegium of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural resources of RT to First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Rustam Nigmatullin. Within the framework of the exhibition, the results of the work done were also demonstrated by Korib Metal, LLC, Bolshaya Troyka, LLC, Tatarmultfilm, and Budet Chisto.

"The use of mineral resources is a high revenue component of budgets of various levels. In the past year, revenues from environmental incomes amounted to more than 1 billion rubles” , the Minister of Ecology, Alexander Shadrikov, said at the final board. Violations of the license conditions are also detected and suppressed, the minister noted. In the reporting year, 137 notifications were sent to subsurface users, 64 licenses were prematurely terminated, 79 were suspended, of which 33 were suspended due to the lack of transfer of land properties to industrial land.
