On March 24, 2018 will be the world's largest resource-saving environmental action forpower and energy conservation “Earth Hour”. The Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia invitesto participate in this action. In doing so, one needs only to turn off the lights andall household appliancesfrom 20:30 to 21:30.

The reception of applications for participation in the international competition of short films about water "We are water", with participants over 18 years old, has started.

The contest is held on three nominations:

- Documentary film;

- Feature film;

- Animation.

To uphold the decision of environmental specialists and to hold the violator liable to a fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. Such decision was made by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan towards the Almetyevsk organization "Tatneftedor". Earlier, the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan demanded from the company provision of documents confirming the sand extraction at a quarry in Leninogorskiy District. 

Pupils of 1-7 forms of the city of Kazan may take part in the 9th open cityenvironmental forum "Zilantenok". The event will be organized by the Municipal Children's Ecological and Biological Center of Kazan and the Board of Education of Kazan city Executive Committee.

Aktanyshskiy and Menzelinskiy schoolchildren spoke about the contribution that can be made to preservation of nature in everyday life. The specialists of Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of ECOlesson introduced the rules of ecological behavior to the children. 

The activity of the Kazan car service center "Atelye “BMD"was suspended until elimination of violations. Earlier, during operation of the drying and painting chamber, the organization discharged harmful (polluting) substances into the atmospheric air without special permission. The inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan fixed the breach of environmental legislation. 

Schoolchildren of Zelenodolskiy district are invited to take part in the contest "A palace to each starling", organized by the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in conjunction with the Board of Education of the Executive Committee of the district.

Popular scientific lectures, interactive zones, environmental lessons, intellectual games and master classes.Today all these events have been united at Kazan Federal University under one topic - environmental protection. “EcoNight” was held in the capital of Tatarstan. Hundreds of schoolchildren, students, teachers and all comers participated in this event. 

Schoolchildren of Tatarstan at the age from 7 to 18 years are invited to participate in the posters contest “Wildlife reserveworld”. The organizer is the Prioksko-Terrasny State Nature Biosphere Reserve named after M. A. Zablotsky.

One citizenof Almetyevsk has entered the travel banned citizenslist. The reason was untimely repayment of damage to natural resources in the amount of 33 thousand rubles.The citizen produced adverse impact on the environment by dumping of construction and household wastes on the terrain of Almetyevsk.
