Today the most eco-active children's institutions of the republic were awarded seeds of the Kremlin fir-tree decorating the Moscow Cathedral Square for the New Year. The ceremony of transfer of eco-cubes with seeds was held within the solemn part of the awarding ceremony of the Republican contest "Eco-spring 2018" in the third Kazan gymnasium.
Today, the pupils of the School of Young Ecologist got acquainted with the activities of the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Head of the CSIAC Andrei Bodyazhin conducted a tour for schoolchildren on the inspection units, acquainted with the order of selection and conduct of soil, water and air analyzes, demonstrated working equipment and instruments.
Today the opening of the II All-Russian Water Congress "Russia in the World Water Market: Competitiveness, Competence, Innovation" was held in Moscow. Aleksandr Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the event dedicated to discussing the directions of modernization of the Russian water industry and all sectors of water use, taking into account modern environmental challenges.

Today is the holiday of those who are not indifferent to nature, who took great responsibility - care for it. Each of us is not indifferent to the future of our region, the country, the planet, and hence our own future.
The activity of Tatmetal, ZAO, in the city of Bugulma has been suspended for 90 days. Based on the results of the examination of the environmental statement, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Mari El found the enterprise guilty of cluttering the territory. As early as April 2017, during an air flight, the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan identified a number of violations on the territory of the enterprise. As established by environmentalists, industrial waste on the area of 850 sq.m was stored without a special shelter and cover, as well as storm water drainage network.
On June 7 at 10:00 a.m. the reception of citizens on environmental issues will take place in the administration building of Aznakaevskiy district (Lenin street, 22).
8 lilac bushes were planted by Chelny schoolchildren at the last year's lesson at the eco-club. This circle exists in 77 schools for 3 years already. The initiator of creation was Marina Kolpakova, mother of one of the pupils.
On June 6 the results of the republican campaign "Eco-spring 2018" will be summed up in Kazan. Within the framework of the campaign, an enterprise, a school and a pre-school institution will be identified that have coped better with the two-month task.
From June 5 to June 7, 2018, the II All-Russian Water Congress "Russia in the World Water Market: Competitiveness, Competence, Innovation" will be held in Moscow. The event is devoted to discussing the directions of modernization of the Russian water industry and all water use sectors taking into account modern environmental challenges, the need for new technologies, management and financing models.
Today, within the framework of the International Day for the Reservoirs Clearing, an environmental campaign took place on the Volga River. The specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society evaluated the quality of water and bottom sediments on the main water artery of the republic. After immersing to a depth of 18 meters, the divers of the Russian Geographical Society took samples of the soil.
