In the middle of January of this year, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan fixed illegal snow storage in the Otary settlement of the city of Kazan. The storage area of ​​contaminated snow reagents in the water protection zone spread to more than 10 hectares. According to data from the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of RT, this land plot belongs to a legal entity. Administrative responsibility threatens the violator, a fine on officials from 8 to 12 thousand rubles, on legal entities from 200 to 400 thousand rubles. Due to the presence of signs of a criminal offense, in addition, all materials will be sent to the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies for consideration and adoption of an appropriate decision.

An ecological hour was held for the students of Arsk Pedagogical College named after Gabdulla Tukai by specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration and specialists of the Central Specialized Inspectorate for Analytical Control of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a survey of the roadside lanes. With participation of representatives of contractors responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the surveyed sections of the road network, snow samples were taken in 4 streets of the Sovetskiy district of the city of Kazan. Results of the analysis of the sampled snow will be ready in a week.

The quality of the gas treatment plant was reviewed at the enterprise in Naberezhnye Chelny after an environmental inspection. Citizens reported to the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan about the smell emanating from the Remontnyi proezd street.

Reducing the proportion of polluted wastewater, ensuring the sustainable functioning of water management complex, construction and modernization of municipal wastewater treatment plants, elimination of accumulated damage. These and other issues of organizing cooperation in implementation of regional programs in the field of ecology were discussed today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Following the meeting, a decision was made to develop further cooperation with the National Ecological Operator AO within the framework of implementation of the national project “Ecology”.
