The violation of license agreement was revealed by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during an on-site inspection in Mamadyshskiy district. A company engaged in the extraction of carbonate rocks at the Otarkinskoye deposit has gone beyond the boundaries of the designated area.

Protocols regarding the offender were drawn up in accordance with Part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and decisions were made to impose fines in the amount of 350 thousand rubles.

Today, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan presented a mini-express laboratory for the development of environmental activities of School No. 3 of the Arskiy district. Let us recall the school is actively involved in formation of environmental literacy among pupils. The project “Environmental TRP” was launched here, where pupils learn the subtleties of eco-culture, learn to bring less harm to nature.

The message about the discharge of fecal runoff to the soil on the Gaidar street of Menzelinsk town was received by the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan by calling the “hot line” in April of this year. It was established that an emergency discharge occurred as a result of the destruction of the septic tank.

In respect of a legal entity, an administrative protocol was drawn up in accordance with Part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

On the complaint of a local resident, an unauthorized dump was revealed by employees of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources near Veneta settlement of Arskiy district. During the inspection, it turned out that the residents themselves formed a landfill of household and construction waste in the village. A request was addressed to the head of the Starochurilinsky rural settlement of Arskiy district asking to eliminate this violation. To date, measures have been taken to eliminate the landfill, the site has been re-cultivated.

Environmental security and law order during the WorldSkills World Championship in Kazan were discussed today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. A meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies, environmental agencies of the republic and enterprises of the city of Kazan was held by Minister Aleksandr Shadrikov.

Reception of citizens on environmental issues was held today in a new and unusual format. Kazan eco-blogger Kira Kamalova came forward with the initiative of holding an on-site meeting on a boat of state environmental supervision. Today, other activists joined it - representatives of the autonomous non-profit organization “EcoLogichno” (Kazan) and the volunteer movement “My za budushcheye” (Bavly), to discuss their initiatives with the republic’s environmental Minister Aleksandr Shadrikov. The meeting was live on Instagram.

The Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan upheld the decision of the Almetyevsk city court by order of environmentalists. The company is obliged to build facilities to protect the Kamyshla river and pay a fine of 250 thousand rubles.
