A message on violation of environmental legislation was received by specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan from a resident of Privolzhskiy district of Kazan in March 2018. He complained to state inspectors about the spill of oil products on Lebedev street. Then, during a site trip, it was revealed that the area of ​​the polluted territory was 80 square meters, and the spill occurred upon the discharge of waste oil in the cumulative tank.

At the moment, a criminal case under paragraph “b” of Part 2 of Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is initiated.

The pupils of children's camp “Istok” of Zelenodolskiy district learned to live more environmentally friendly, to preserve natural resources, to give a second life to old things and understand eco-products. Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told students about the importance of environmental activities and noted that studying and learning about the nature around us, we not only get closer to it, but also better understand how to preserve and increase its wealth.

A campaign on spent batteries collection was held in the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was particularly active in the Arsk Centralized Library System, schools and preschool institutions of the district.

As a result of joint efforts, 700 kg of batteries were collected.

Violation of legislation in the field of hazardous waste management was revealed in Naberezhnye Chelny. The Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens about the discharge of used mercury-containing lamps on the territory of one of the shopping centers of the city. A local resident recorded this violation in the photo. In respect of an individual, a protocol was drawn up under Part 3 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Non-governmental environmental fund named after V.I. Vernadsky and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, together with the All-Russian Society for Conservation of Nature, ANO Expo-center Russian Reserves and the Interregional Ecological Public Organization GREENLIFE, announced the holding of the II All-Russian Contest “The Best Eco-Volunteer Team”.

The decision to recover more than 300,000 rubles from the construction company of the Almetyevskiy district in favor of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was made by the Almetyevsk City Court. This amount is an invoice for compensation for damage caused to the environment by this enterprise.

In 2018, the organization was brought to administrative responsibility under Section 1, Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the RF.

In order to develop a careful attitude to natural resources, employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental lesson in the recreation camp “Balkysh” of Tukayevskiy district. Environmentalists have disassembled in detail how easy it is to change habits in an environmentally friendly way, how to do without disposable things in life and rationally use resources.

The Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens that earthworks are being conducted in Naberezhnye Chelny. Environmentalists made a trip to the specified address. On the area of ​​46 square meters the fact of unauthorized removal and movement of the fertile soil layer with an excavator without any permits was established. In respect of an individual, a protocol was drawn up in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Unauthorized removal or movement of the fertile soil layer”.
