Every year on April 15 the Day of Environmental Knowledge is celebrated in many countries of the world. The main partners of the Ministry in educating the younger generation remain the activists of the movement “Will be clean” of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, on the Day of Environmental Knowledge, they will present their updated site budetchisto.tatar. Currently, the resource is fully operational, but its content and activity directly depend on participation of each user and visitor.

Easement area of federal and regional significance roads are being cleared as part of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period. Currently, 3,640 cubic meters have been collected as a result of regular cleaning - this is over about 212 tons of municipal solid waste. According to the Ministry of Transport of the RT, 506 people and 158 units of special equipment are involved in the work daily. So, today, contractor workers removed garbage from the land adjacent to the Kazan-Orenburg highway 30 km.

Students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan will receive from 5 to 20 thousand rubles for winning the competition of scientific and practical works in ecology. The competition is organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use Problems of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a hotline from citizens about a landfill in Deputatskaya street in Privolzhskiy district of Kazan. An administrative investigation was initiated under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Non-compliance with environmental requirements in collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal of production and consumption waste”.

The Volga-Kama State Nature Biosphere Reserve celebrates today 60 years since its foundation. Today, the Volga-Kama State Natural Biosphere Reserve consists of two isolated areas - Raifsky and Saralinsky. Its total area is 11,377 ha. Protective (buffer) zones have been created around the perimeters of each site to prevent negative impacts on protected ecosystems. The main objectives of the reserve are the conservation of biological and landscape diversity, conduct of scientific research, environmental monitoring and environmental education of the population.

1,540 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

636 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Ecologists have revealed the illegal removal of the fertile soil layer and the extraction of common minerals in the Kuyuki village of Pestrechinsky district. The fact of environmental violation was recorded by employees of the Office of the State Inspectorate for Environmental Supervision of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The area of ​​illegal mining amounted to more than 400 square meters. In addition, in the same territory, the offender stored garbage from demolition and dismantling of buildings. The area of ​​construction waste amounted to more than 1,900 square meters.

This message was sent by residents of house number 54 on the Gvardeiskaya street of Kazan to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The area of ​​household waste, most of which are glass bottles, amounted to 501 square meters.

Currently, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan initiated an administrative investigation.
