About system

  The information on the given licenses and consents to the use of the allocated subsurface site is available on the unified ecological map: number, validity period, name and location of the subsurface site, type of mineral resources, aim of use and so on with attachment of the scanned license and consents.

     9. «Facilities for waste placement»

  Landfills for placement of solid domestic waste are mapped with availability of the information on each landfill with regard to its location, owner, tenant, area, weight and volume of placed wastes, operation year and operational lifetime, class of hazard of placed wastes and so on.

     10. «Illegal quarry»

  An instrument on entry and/or editing of illegal quarries developed on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan was elaborated in 2015. The subsystem allows to enter full description of an illegal quarry (its name, area, depth, the type of the mineral resource, the category of lands, the extent of development) with the indication of its boundaries and attachment of supporting photographs.

     11.  «Fishery»

  The «Spawning area of sterlet» layer.  The spawning areas of sterlet were demarcated with brief description.

The «Red Book» layer contains the information on the sites of detection of rare species of water biological resources registered in the Red Book of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The «Fish wintering holes» layer. An instrument was developed on demarcation of fish wintering holes.

     12. The «Gas-filling stations» subsystem allows to depict the process of implementation of the program for the equipment of gas filling stations with the systems for recovery and recirculation of motor fuel vapors on the ecological map of the Republic of Tatarstan. The information on each gas filling station will be available including full name, actual and legal address, owner, the type of installed equipment, scheduled and actual date for equipment installation. A possibility was provided to review the relevant documents and photos.

     13.  «Petroleum bases»

  All petroleum bases of the Republic of Tatarstan have been plotted on the ecological map with description and information on installation of the equipment for the recovery of motor fuel vapors.

     14.  «Water protection areas» 

  The borders of water protection areas and coastal protection areas were demarcated on the ecological map regarding the following water facilities: the River Stepnoy Zay, Zainsk water reservoir, the River Bugulminsky Zay (inclusive of the Karabash Reservoir), the River Kamyshla, Moshkara, the River Zay-Karatay, the River Lesnoy Zay, the River Mesha, the River Meteskibash, the River Nyse, the River Tyamtibash, the River Kazkash, the River Saby, the River Kiba (including the River Sukhoy), the River Malaya Mesha, the River Nyrsa, teh River Maksa and 4 unknown water courses, the River Aktay, the River Bersut, the River Sheshma, the River Shoshma, the River  Sviyaga.

     15.  «Green standards and technologies»

  An instrument was developed on plotting of the facilities on the map of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the construction whereof the "green" standards and technologies had been used.

     16. «Water use»  

  An instrument was developed on creation and editing of the documents (agreements and solutions) on the use of water facilities with obligatory cartographic reference and attachment of scanned agreements or solutions. The card of the document contains the information on the water user, the district, water facility type, document type, details of the document, type and kind of water use, as well as quantitative indicators.

     17.  «Summary estimate»

  The results of the summary estimate of air pollution in large cities of the Republic of Tatarstan were plotted.

     18.  «Monitoring of vehicles meant for waste transportation»

  An instrument was developed for the purposes of accounting of formation and movement of production and consumption waste. The subsystem allows to apply for and monitor removal of waste, to control conveyance of dump trucks with registration of timely waste removal from container sites with attachment of supporting photos.
