This led to the discharge of water on the terrain along with bio-resources. The Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan initiated a criminal case on the grounds of the crime provided for by Article 257 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules for protection of aquatic biological resources”.
