The issues of production and consumption waste management have become one of the main topics at XIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Industrial Ecology and Security" named after Anatoly Ivanovich Shchepovskikh. Since January 1, 2019, a ban on the disposal of the list of production and consumption wastes has been introduced, which was reported by Elena Popova, Head of State Environmental Review and Rationing Department of Rosprirodnadzor Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, XIII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Industrial Ecology and Security" named after Anatoly Ivanovich Shchepovskikh was held in the “Kazan” conference hall of "Kazan Fair". The event dedicated to the memory of the first Minister of Environmental Protection of Tatarstan is held by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan annually within the framework of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas and Chemical Forum. The representatives of the scientific ecological community and the largest industrial enterprises of Tatarstan and other regions of the Russian Federation were greeted by Aleksandr Shadrikov,  Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Maintenance of functioning of territorial monitoring system over a condition of environment, realization of systems of summary calculations of pollution of atmospheric air in Tatarstan and material and technical base of Tatarstan ecologists. These and other topics were discussed today in Kazan within the framework of a working visit of representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Omsk region. The delegation headed by Minister Ilya Lobov got acquainted with the territorial system for monitoring the state of the environment of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The landfill with an area of ​​28 square meters was liquidated on the territory of the Abdrakhmanovskiy rural settlement. Unauthorized placement of construction waste was identified by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the raid in Almetyevskiy district.

A gas cleaning unit was modernized at the industrial enterprise of Naberezhnye Chelny. The package of measures was adopted by the management after an environmental audit. In July of this year, during the consideration of citizens' appeal, inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of rules for the operation of treatment facilities - a failed smoke generator installation resulted in breakage of filters.

Reception of citizens will take place on September 6 at 14:00 in the building of the Executive Committee of Tetyushskiy district (Tetyushi town, Malkina st., 39).

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation has opened reception of works for a photo contest "Water of Russia". Submission of applications for a photo contest dedicated to rivers, lakes and other water objects of our country will last until October 6, 2018.

A traditional August eco-lesson was held today on the basis of the Children's Railway in Kazan. 30 children from the rehabilitation centers "Aprel" and "Solnechnyi", wards of the Alpari charitable foundation went on a journey from the Izumrudnyi to Molodezhnaya station and back. Here, in the open air, they learned a lot about the nature of their native land, competitions, games and ecological experiments were held for them.

Today, reception of citizens took place in the administration building of the Mamadyshskiy district. The issues of installation of container sites, improvement of the city lake, deepening of the riverbed of the Vyatka river, monitoring of water objects, environmental education, activities of non-profit organizations, etc. were considered.

2,800 square meters of land allocated for household waste and garbage. During the raid inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact that an illegal landfill was organized in 700 meters from one of the villages on the territory of Almetyevskiy district.
