Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered an unauthorized landfill of construction waste in the territory of one of the apartment buildings of the city of Almetyevsk. The dump was formed as a result of repairing the roof of a residential building. In the course of the inspection, it turned out that the waste had been dumped onto the ground by a contracting organization carrying out work on the overhaul of the house. At the time of repair and construction works, the company did not equip a place for temporary storage of waste. According to this fact, a protocol under art. 8.2 of Administrative Code was drawn up in respect of the legal entity.

7,020 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of the year.

4,037 of them - through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

What is belly? What are antennae for insects? And what do bugs eat? Answers to these and other questions were searched by pupils of the kindergarten “Solnyshko” of Kaleykino railway station settlement in Almetyevskiy district. Specialists of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration conducted for them the eco-lesson “The Wonderful World of Insects”.

During the event, the children played the educational games “Zhu-Zhu”, “Insects with a name”, learned to draw butterflies, and guess riddles.

The monitoring with the use of a quadcopter and mobile environmental laboratories was carried out by experts from the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with the haze hanging over Naberezhnye Chelny and Tukayevskiy district. According to the testimony of the automatic stations for monitoring air pollution and mobile eco-laboratories of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, no exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants in the air has been identified.

Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told about surrounding world in an entertaining way to the pupils of the Olimpia children's recreation camp in Leninogorskiy district. During the event, schoolchildren took part in environmental workshops, quests, talked to the speakers on the topics of environmental education, environmental management.

From September 19 to September 24, 2019, the XXIV International Bios Forum 2019 will be held in St. Petersburg. The event aims to discuss the problems of modern bio-politics and the environment, with the possibility of environmental monitoring of technological progress and the creation of prerequisites for a new bio-cultures of the 21st century based on the best technologies.

A message on violation of environmental legislation was received by specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan from a resident of Privolzhskiy district of Kazan in March 2018. He complained to state inspectors about the spill of oil products on Lebedev street. Then, during a site trip, it was revealed that the area of ​​the polluted territory was 80 square meters, and the spill occurred upon the discharge of waste oil in the cumulative tank.

At the moment, a criminal case under paragraph “b” of Part 2 of Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is initiated.

The pupils of children's camp “Istok” of Zelenodolskiy district learned to live more environmentally friendly, to preserve natural resources, to give a second life to old things and understand eco-products. Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan told students about the importance of environmental activities and noted that studying and learning about the nature around us, we not only get closer to it, but also better understand how to preserve and increase its wealth.

A campaign on spent batteries collection was held in the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was particularly active in the Arsk Centralized Library System, schools and preschool institutions of the district.

As a result of joint efforts, 700 kg of batteries were collected.

Violation of legislation in the field of hazardous waste management was revealed in Naberezhnye Chelny. The Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens about the discharge of used mercury-containing lamps on the territory of one of the shopping centers of the city. A local resident recorded this violation in the photo. In respect of an individual, a protocol was drawn up under Part 3 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
