From 3 to 10 December 2020, in order to assess the level of legal literacy of the population, the Fourth All-Russian Legal Dictation will be held. The main tasks of the Dictation are to increase the motivation of various segments of the population to study law, obtain objective information about the level of legal literacy of the Russian population, taking into account its age and social structure, involve the media and Russian society in raising the level of legal culture of the population, develop proposals for improving educational programs.
