The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry received citizens appeal about the unauthorized placement of construction and repair waste on 3d Stancyonnaya st., in Kazan. The inspectors together with the employees of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to the address indicated in the request. During the environmental survey of the territory, the violation of environmental legislation was confirmed.

The fact of incineration of scrap waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals on the territory of the metal base of Almetyevsk was discovered by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during a planned raid. In view of the fact that the enterprise belongs to the federal object, the case materials were sent to the world court of the judicial district in the Almetyevsky district for consideration and decision-making.

The environmental violation in the Novosheshminsky district became known through social media. The site of the spill was established, and snow (meltwater) samples were taken, the analysis of which showed the toxicity of wastewater by 4 times more than acceptable. The area of pollution was estimated by ecologists at 25 sq. m. In relation to the balance sheet holder of the sewer network, a protocol under Part 1 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up.

As part of the administrative investigation, the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found that the legal entity did not have developed and agreed passports of hazardous waste and a log of the generated waste, in addition, the company did not pay for the negative impact on the environment. In connection with the evasion of administrative punishment, 3 protocols under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation were also drawn up against the violator and sent to the world Court of Smolensk – at the place of registration of the organization. According to the decision, in addition to the main amount of the fine, OOO "Trading House" VDS" will be forced to pay an additional fine of 900 thousand rubles.

The fact of unauthorized waste disposal from winter cleaning was revealed by the inspectors of the Priiksky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the small town of Aktyubinsky of Aznakayevsky district. On the fact of cluttering of a plot of 1000 sq. m. in relation to the director of the municipal unitary Enterprise, an administrative protocol under art.3.6 Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan was drawn up, the material was submitted to the administrative commission of the Aznakaevsky municipal district for decision-making. Currently, the waste has been removed, the territory is put in order.

The fact of dumping dirty snow was revealed in Almetyevsk on R. Fakhretdin st. As environmentalists found out, the dirty masses were brought here from the territory of the trading company. As a result of the illegal actions of the driver of the KAMAZ, a land plot with an area of 200 sq. m. ended up to be littered. Upon the fact of the revealed violation, the guilty person was brought to administrative responsibility under art.3.6 The Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the issued order, the duty to eliminate the snow dump is also left to the violator.

The fact of non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements in the management of production and consumption waste was revealed near the village of Shonguty. The garbage generated as a result of repair works was dumped on the territory of the gas station on an area of 42 sq. m. Currently, within the framework of the issued order, the territory is brought into proper condition.

Waste disposal by dumping and incineration – such an easy way of destroying garbage was resorted to by an Almetyevsk entrepreneur who rented a room on the territory of the city's trade and purchasing base. With this incident, an administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to the individual entrepreneur under Part 1 of art. 8.2 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

An administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles will be paid by OOO Intex Kazan for non-compliance with the legal requirements of the inspector of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. The corresponding decision was made by the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan based on the results of consideration of the administrative protocol under Article 17.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Works outside the mountain allotment 2 km from the village of Kerligach, Leninogorsk district, was revealed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in October 2019. According to experts, the subsoil user went beyond the boundaries of the allotted area, illegally developing an area of 2.7 thousand square meters. m. Based on that fact, the inspectors drew up a report on the legal entity under Part 1 of Article.7.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and imposed a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
