During environmental monitoring, employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of environmental laws in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. As the audit showed, the construction organization that carried out the work on replacing the roof allowed the discharge of production and consumption waste onto the soil in the form of insulating and roll roofing materials. The area of cluttering amounted to 50 square meters.
Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation of the rules for using the water protection zone in Naberezhnye Chelny. A resident arranged a car wash in the territory of the garage cooperative near the Yalkhov river. In relation to an individual, a protocol on an administrative violation has been drawn up under part 1 of article 8.42 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. In the current 2019, 247 such violations were detected at water bodies of regional significance.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and police officers carried out a joint raid on the territory of Leninigorsk. The survey revealed a violation of land law. On the site of one of the enterprises an unauthorized landfill with an area of 225 square meters was discovered. As verification showed, the site was not equipped with a waterproof coating, and was also not covered. To date, an administrative investigation is underway and protocols will be drawn up on identified facts.
Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Naberezhnye Chelny recorded an unauthorized landfill. The result of the audit showed that household and construction waste, as well as used tires, were stored on a plot of 50 sq.m. Based on the foregoing, an administrative offense was drawn up in relation to an official in accordance with Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. He faces a fine of 40 thousand rubles. An order was also issued to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of this violation.

The total area of littering was 15 sq.m. In relation to the official, a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up in accordance with Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He faces a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
Employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan caught an organization engaged in landscaping in violation of environmental legislation last year. The violator brought the garbage along with snow, as a result of which a dump formed after the snow mass melted at the storage site. Administrative offense was initiated under Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code against a legal entity. The company did not agree with a decision, and appealed to the Sovetskiy District Court of Kazan. In October of this year, the court upheld the decision.
